This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, why, and what rights you have. We keep it short and plain.

1. Who is the operator

2. What we collect

  • Through the brief form: your email address, phone (optional) and the options you select (vertical, project type, timing).
  • Through the review form: your company/role and review text (public), plus your name and email (private, never shown on the site).
  • Through "Grade your clip": your name, email, domain and the video clip you upload, so we can color grade it and send it back.
  • Through "Reel teardown": your business name, your name (optional), email and reel link (optional), plus marketing consent if you tick the box.
  • Through using the site: your sound preference (on/off), stored locally in your browser. It is never sent anywhere.

We collect no more than what you enter, and we use no advertising tracking.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your quote request, deliver what you asked for (grade, teardown) and discuss a possible project. We send marketing communications (news, tips) only if you explicitly consented by ticking the dedicated box — and you can unsubscribe at any time. We don't sell your data.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

5. How long we keep data

We keep the briefs, reviews and clips we receive for as long as needed to discuss and possibly run the project, then delete them. If you gave marketing consent, we keep your email on our list until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Who we share data with

We don't sell or share data for marketing. We only process it through the providers that make the site work:

  • Resend — email delivery of messages.
  • Vercel — site hosting.
  • Sanity — content management (reviews, leads).
  • Google — Drive storage of clips uploaded via "Grade your clip".

Each acts as a processor and handles data under its own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access your data;
  • rectify inaccurate data;
  • erase data (\"right to be forgotten\");
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time.

For any of these, write to gabriel@dgmmedianetwork.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian DPA, ANSPDCP.

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Details in the Cookie Policy.
